Mindfulness Meditation and Stretch is a one hour class. This class consist of a full body Stretch followed by Deep Meditation this class is done on your mat for the duration of one hour. Done in a dark candle lit room with soft music playing in the background. The warm temperature of the class will relax and rejuvenate your Body, Mind, Spirit. Perfect class to find your balance.
