MINDFULNESS MEDITATION & STRETCH

The class will start with a brief check in, then gentle stretching, light movement and breathwork leading into a 20-25 minute guided meditation.

We begin with simple, gentle stretches and breathing practices that naturally help to open and relax the body. Stretching techniques involve a series of both moving and stationary poses, combined with deep breathing. After mindful stretching, we practice guided sitting or lie down meditation to open and relax the mind.

Each class will vary and may incorporate candles, essential oils, singing bowls and crystal placement.

Classes are 45 minutes in length,
