After competitive dance and sports in my youth, I sought a restorative practice and yoga was a natural transition. Life gets busy, and yoga truly inspires me to live each moment mindfully while increasing flexibility, strength, and spirit. When not teaching or practicing yoga, you will find me road cycling, hiking, or running. In the past two years, I’ve also completed a triathlon, marathon, and a Gran Fondo as I continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Your love / passion for why you do what you do at Spin + Yin:
Teaching yoga at Spin & Yin allows me to celebrate the transformational power of yoga that begins within each individual and extends outward to positively impact the greater community. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and mindfulness to help you deepen your practice. I want you to step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
