Renee discovered Pilates while living in Sydney, where she was using it as a form of recovery for high intensity training. It was then that Renee fell in love with the mind body connection Pilates encompasses along with it’s power to strengthen and deliver a total body workout. Having taught in numerous Sydney and Vancouver studios, Renee has formed strong, meaningful connections with each and every unique client, Her class philosophy is for attendees to connect and elevate their spirit, invigorate their mind and restore vitality and strength.
