SLR Signature Ride
SLR is our custom created style which focuses exclusively on a pure traditional Spin class. Every class begins with a proper warm-up, structured drills which can include sprints/hills/HIIT moves while both balancing in/out of the saddle through the ride. Finish with a well-earned and very important cool down + stretch to synchronize mind & body for the rest of your day/night!
S + Y SHRED (Mat Pilates)
Discovering Your Powerhouse or CORE, can be described as a method of exercise that consist of low impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. CoreRelations emphasizes proper alignment, core strength and muscle balance. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or every day activities.
Legendary Spin
This Ride consist of a choreographed class, Ride to the beat and n sync while jumping in and out of the sattle, doing push ups, tap backs and lifting weights plus so much more. This is a fun and exciting training method that is loved world wide. A must try Class.

Starting with our 30 minute Signature Legendary Ride (SLR) and finished off with a 30m LegYindary (Yin Yoga) class.

Spinning too much and need a break to stretch all your stress/tension away? Enjoy a full-on release through targeted Therapeutic/Gentle yoga poses integrated with props to further ease tired/fatigued mind/bodies. Learn fundamental tangible skills through breathing and meditation techniques while expanding your vocabulary of the Gentle Yoga Discipline.

Welcome to Spin 101 this class is a teaching tool to help you get more comfortable with spin class. It will teach you how to set up your bike, How to clip in your shoes, Hand positions and how to ride to the beat. Perfect class for beginners.
