Strengthen, stretch, move + feel good. This class is tailored to your needs as a new mother. Benefits include strengthening your core, pelvic floor and limbs. Releasing tension from your neck, shoulders, hips and back. All fitness levels welcome. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks caesarean birth). Pre-mobile babies of the ages 3 to 18 months old please. Online postnatal intake form must be completed before your first class.
