Getting that ideal body or just your cardio in for general wellness, at Spin and Yin we put our “Spin” on indoor cycling and created a fun filled forty-five workout to transform how you feel and look. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout that is fun and interactive.

Legendary Spin

Legendary spin is a choreographed spin class. The specific structure and cuing of the drills are created to inspire you using a sequence of songs. Expect the instructors to take you through a full body workout, including choreographed moves in and out of the saddle, tap backs and so much more. Ending with a arm workout using hand weights, followed by a stretch.

Be Mindful

Be Mindful Yoga is a 60 minute class that starts with a body check-in, gentle stretching, involving a series of stationary poses, light movement and breath work techniques. Come calm and loosen the body, relax the mind, and uplift the soul by ending in a guided meditation. Reduce stress, promote emotional health, lengthens attention span and enhance self-awareness.

Legendary Endurance

A non-choreographed spin class that is based on three main components power, strength + endurance. The ultimate class to get your Mind + Body to a place you’ve always desired. This 45 minute class is designed to provide you with optimal fat burning, toning and strength building. This ride will stimulate your cardiovascular system and challenge you through diverse terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints + drills, giving you a great HIIT workout. Come find the inspiration you have always been looking for to help you achieve your personal/fitness goals!

This class is for beginners as well as seasonal athletes.

Power Fusion

Are you ready for a twist? Done in a comfortable room temperature setting, this class is designed using traditional components mixed in with modern flows of Yoga + Pilates to bring you the best of both worlds. Work from within, burning calories in a mindful space and attend this energizing, strength building, Power Fusion fitness class. Yoga + Pilates is known to increase flexibility, stability, balance, improve core strength, and lower stress levels. Come and release, let go, and rejuvenate your Mind | Body | Spirit, as you listen to some high energy beats in a dark room!!!.
