Getting that ideal body or just your cardio in for general wellness, at Spin and Yin we put our “Spin” on indoor cycling and created a fun filled forty-five workout to transform how you feel and look. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout that is fun and interactive.

Our goal at Spin and Yin isn’t just to change bodies, it is to change lives. We only hire inspirational instructors, and play music you can vibe with. Riders can let loose, clear their heads and empower themselves with strength that lasts beyond the Spin and Yin Studio walls.

Legendary Spin

When we do choreographed spin class the specific structure and cuing of the drills are created or inspired by a particular song.
A choreography based class you can expect the instructor to yell out Moves such as “Tap Backs” , “Four Corners”, 2 Right 2 Left” and so, so much more!

So if you LOVE MUSIC! and we mean F#cking LOVE Music come give this class a try!
Our music means something to us and because of that passion it is so infectious and seductive that you as a Rider suspend your disbelief and join in!!

Legends Pilates

Legends Pilates is a 55 minute core focused practice that focuses on moving with precision and ease. Expect a multi sequence of exercises that include the posterior chain group and target the abdominal muscles. This class will strengthen the neutral pathways to muscles you’ve never used before, developing healthier movement patterns that will directly affect how you move through your daily life.

All Fitness Levels are welcome.

Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow is a 55 minute Vinyasa style yoga with an emphasis on mindfulness, balance, strength, flexibility and alignment. This class combines standing & seated postures, back bending and inversions guided by a steady breath to tone and calm combining upper body strength,flexibility and cardio. Postures are linked together and move smoothly from one pose into the next. You will feel like a LEGEND developing core strength, flexibility & concentration throughout the body.

Mindfulness Restorative Yin

Mindfulness Restorative Yin is a 55 minute class that starts with a brief check in, then gentle stretching, light movement and breath work leading into a 20-25 minute guided meditation.
We begin with simple, gentle stretches and breathing practices that naturally help to open and relax the body. Stretching techniques involve a series of both moving and stationary poses, combined with deep breathing. After mindful stretching, we practice guided sitting or lie down meditation to open and relax the mind.
Each class will vary and may incorporate candles, essential oils, singing bowls and crystal placement.

Legend Ride

Legend Ride is a traditional strength and endurance cycling class. This journey has been designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning, toning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Come find the inspiration you’ve been looking for to help you achieve your personal goals! This class is for beginners as well as seasoned athletes ! This class is 45 minutes.
